Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing wholesale products from Stem Union, you agree to the following terms of business:

Contact Details

Stem Union will add your email address to our contacts list for occasional messages about opening times, changes in services, exciting news. If you wish to be removed from this list please email us.

Eligibility
Only professional florists with valid business credentials—such as a website or other proof of retail activity—are eligible to purchase wholesale flowers from Stem Union.

Registration
Florists must register with Stem Union before placing an order. 

Order Placement
Orders can be placed during the following designated hours:

  • Sunday 7:00 PM to Tuesday 5:00 PM
  • Thursday/Friday midnight to Saturday 5:00 PM

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • An invoice with full bank details will be issued upon ordering.
  • Some suppliers may be VAT-registered; VAT will be added if applicable.
  • A handling fee of 10% is applied on all orders. This will appear on the invoice.
  • Orders will not be fulfilled without payment. No credit terms are offered.

Collection
Orders are available for collection:

  • Thursday morning between 8:30–11:30 AM

Delivery

Delivery is available to addresses in London at a cost of £50 per delivery, delivery costs may vary depending on the number of orders each week.

Delivery will be made during the night on Wednesday evening/early Thursday morning. Delivery access details will be required by 24 hours prior to delivery. Flowers are not insured in transit.

Quality Assurance
Stem Union aims to supply high-quality flowers but cannot guarantee freshness or condition once products have left the premises. Florists are encouraged to inspect all goods upon collection.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after:

  • Tuesday 5:00 PM

Liability
Loss, damage or injury resulting from the purchase of flowers are not covered by Stem Unions insurance nor that of the courier, though every precaution will be taken to ensure no damage befalls the flowers.

Stem Union is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the purchase, use, or transport of its flowers. Florists are responsible for the safe handling and transportation of their orders once received. 

Modification of Terms
Stem Union may update these terms at any time without prior notice. All registered florists will be informed of changes via email.

Termination of Registration
Stem Union reserves the right to terminate any florist’s registration for:

  • Breach of terms
  • Fraudulent or unethical conduct
  • Inactivity for a period of six months
